Hello and thank you for visiting! Vera has been living in the Chicago area for over 30 years. She graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from Triton College and obtined her real estate license in 2000. After having worked in the service industry for 30 years, Vera is attuned to her clients needs and goals. Paul has been living in the Chicago area for 25 years and has worked in service and sales as well. They are both acutely aware of customer service from these past experiences and pride themselves on making their clients their number one priority. Paul and Vera are also very education oriented and are constantly striving to further their knowledge. Vera has earned the e-PRO designation from the National Assoc. of Realtors, the premier course for Internet marketing and technology excellence. She is currently undertaking the Certified International Property Specialist designation in order to learn as much as possible about international markets, financing and form sound relationships and referrals sytems with international connections. Paul holds a real estate Brokers license and is currently studying commercial and foreclosure markets. Paul and Vera also do their homework with financing, market analysis and negotiations as that is a major consideration with all contracts.
